Story

Thank you for visiting the RNLI Buckie 2020 Raffle page. With fundraising activity for the RNLI curtailed due to the impact of Covid-19 we are bringing this raffle to you online through JustGiving. Your donation to this page will help support the running of lifeboat stations in Scotland, including Buckie.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE
ENTERING/DONATING**

For an entry to be valid, before donating, please comment on the Facebook or Instagram posts indicating that you would like to enter the raffle and wait for a response of confirmation of ticket availability, and the number (s) allocated to you. Once you have confirmation and ticket number (s) and you enter this online raffle, please click the option if prompted to share your contact information (e.g. email address) with us. This will solely be used to contact you if your name is drawn as a winner for the raffle. Please follow this process and do not donate anonymously, or it might not be possible to validate your entry. Between contact on social media and email addresses we will do everything we can to reach the winner drawn. Each donation must be £5, this is to keep the raffle entries fair. If you would like to enter the raffle more than once, you will need to donate £5 on however many times you would like to enter via separate transactions.

As mentioned above, once you have received confirmation of availability and ticket number(s), entry to the raffle is through this page with each entry a £5 donation. There are 500 tickets available and you must be aged 16 years or over to enter. Closing date for entries will be 1230 pm on 10th October 2020. After this date, or when the 500 tickets are gone, no further entries to the raffle will be valid. The draw will take place on 11th October at 1230 pm using a random number generator and we will attempt to notify the winner on that day. If we can't identify or contact the winner within three weeks we will re-draw. There is one prize package for one winner comprising of:

  • A Fresh veg hamper from Bloomfield Farmshop
  • A voucher for coffee and cake for two at Annie’s Cakery
  • A framed, personalised digital illustration from Ophidian Creations
  • Your choice of embroidered hoop from Stitches of Anarchy
  • A £50 voucher for Addison Tyres
  • A house plant with pot from Boda flowers
  • A voucher for an appointment with Sophie Goodwin of Nirvana Salon for a set of nails of your choice
  • A £50 Eden Red voucher valid at a range of retailers and service providers including Argos and many more
  • Family voucher for a water sports session from Cullen Sea School

Please check back on this JustGiving page and the Buckie RNLI Facebook or Instagram pages for winner announcements from the 11th October onwards.
