Story

The Royal Navy Fleet Diving Squadron have challenged themselves to complete 1000 diver circuits within 6 hours.

1 circuit consists of:

Jumping off a 7.5 metre board into the water, then surface fin 100 metres, followed by a 400 metre run!

They will continue this as a team until the target has been reached!

It is estimated that each diver will complete 25 circuits over an average of 3 hours.

Highlighting and raising awareness of Prostate Cancer is the aim of this challenge, but if you would also like to donate some cash to this very worthwhile cause it will be gratefully received.

Thank you
