Brighton Marathon 2019 · 14 April 2019 ·

We help the hospital offer a better future to seriously ill children across the UK

Story

On the 14th April I will be taking part in my first marathon and one which I am truly looking forward to no matter how hard of a challenge it will be. I am sure the 26 miles will take its toll but I am determined more than ever to finish and raise all the money possible to go to an amazing charity.

The charity that I will be raising money for is Great Ormond street Children hospital and one that is very close to my heart as they have treated two children's cases that are an inspiration to me. The dedication that the cause puts in to all its cases is truly remarkable and without this, along with hard work, empathy and much more these children would not survive or have their lives prolonged as much as they do.

The money I raise will help find cures for children with life threatening and life limiting diseases and give them the best possible chance they deserve to survive.

Hand on my heart any donation no matter how small, will mean the world to me and this inspirational charity.
