Last year my fiance was diagnosed with colorectal cancer after months of suffering servere stomach pains. Thankfully he was one of the lucky ones and has had all the cancer (and half his colon) removed.  Unfortunately not everyone gets the happy ending we did so events like race for life are SO important to enable the research to continue and that hopefully one day it WILL be cured!!!!
