Its now 1 day after me and my sister have completed the Race For Life on Sunday 17th May 2009. Not too many aches and pains as we stretched before and after in preperation of beating last years times.

Jodi Heyes completed the race in 30mins followed by me completing it in 32.02 mins...35seconds quicker than last year.
