I lost my beautiful aunty Margaret and aunty Robina to cancer, they loved life and fought to the end!  The impact it has on families is incomprehensible but events like Race for Life are so important if we are ever to win the fight against cancer. I also have a friend who beat cancer at a young age, she is such an inspiring woman! Research by charities like Cancer Research UK is vital if more women, men and children are to survive. They carry out life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. 

This is my 6th Race for Life, throughout the last 5 years I have helped to raise a considerable amount of money and I'm VERY grateful to those who have supported me, please do so again this year! :)
