I have been training a lot and know that I can do the run now and am aiming for less than 30 minutes! Of course that all depends on how hard the wind is blowing...and in what direction...but it's always good to have goals ;-)
Just so you know what will happen with your donation - this site is totally secure and if you pay UK tax an extra 28% is automatically added through gift aid.
If you want to come and cheer me on/laugh at me getting sweaty then please be somewhere along the prom between Bournemouth Pier and Boscombe Pier from 11am on Sunday 19th June.
