We are all of course participating for different reasons.

 In May 2009 my wee mammie was diagnosed with breast cancer. The next 17months were jam packed with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. As sh*tty as all of that treatment was, it saved her life - none of it would exist if it wasn't for cancer research.
