A year ago this July, I lost my mum to cancer. It was the most unexpected and devastating event that could have happened to me, my dad and the copious amount of other people who loved her. Knowing that i'm going to go through life without my best friend and mum is heartbreaking and I would not wish what my mum went through or what me and my dad are going through on anyone.

This is why, on the 22nd July me (Gina) and my two friends, Joo yun and May, are taking part in race for life in memory of my mum and to raise money to help fight agaisnt this disease. I know many of you knew my mum so please donate and think of her and for those who didn't, please support us with as much money you can spare.
