As you know I've never been too enthusiastic on any exercise but Ellen and I rashly agreed to run this race, so are training hard. Well, Ellen is hardly breaking out into a sweat and I'm a gasping wreck, but that's old age for you I suppose. However, it is for a very good cause which obviously is close to home at present.
