On the 6th June a group of us will be pedalling BMX bikes nearly 10 miles around London and are hoping to raise a bit of cash for a very worthy cause at the same time. St Marks Hospital in London do some great work to try and eradicate Bowel Cancer so if you have just a couple of quid spare then please think about making a donation
