Sunrise Walk 2017 · 4 June 2017 ·

Help us reach our target of £60,000 so we can continue providing a lifeline for parents, siblings and other family members who are coping with the devastating loss of a child.

Story

So this is the teams second year of walking 10k at 4.30 am. Why would we get up at 2.00 am to get to the start line?/Well the team do this because we want to continue raising funds for Shooting Stars and have this special time to remember Max and share our memories.

Max passed away last year in May from a rare, brain tumour from birth, during his time with us all he went through various surgeries and fought his way through them all. Max and his family lived at Shooting Stars and were fully supported both medically and emotionally. Shooting Stars really is more than a hospice it is a place where memories are made for many families and by donating a few pence here and there you can be part of helping families make more memories.

We hope you check down the back of your sofas and  check those old coat pockets and hit the donate button

Love Max's Minions xx
