Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham is a community mental health charity - our local branch of the well known charity Mind. The work they do helps to ensure anyone with a mental health or emotional issue has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue this year. Although the stigma surrounding mental health is changing, the work that Mind do is as important as ever. In supporting this local charity, we hope to provide them with the valuable resources they need to make a difference in our community.
