Story

With the Covid-19 virus taking hold of our economy, lives and community, more people will need someone to listen to them. Which is why, if you want to watch and take part in some daily yoga classes with me, please spare what you can for our local Samaritans branch. I started practicing yoga for my own mental wellbeing, so I hope a regular class will help your mental well being too during this crisis. You don't need to donate to keep taking the classes, but I encourage you to spare what you can, IF you can. Please share information about the classes or the Samaritans to someone who might need them too.
