Hello,

Welcome to my site. For those of you who know me well,  I thrive on challenges and this is going to be the  greatest . I have committed to take part in the forthcoming Trek along the Great Wall of China in aid of  Age Concern and Help the Aged . It is a fact of life that we all age and without the support of charities such as Age Concern and Help the Aged there would be very little service provision.

I will be walking or should I say crawling up to 20 kms a day! So give generously to make sure that I have enough plasters and antisceptic cream to see me through my journey.
