I'm running the Manchester 10k for Visyon, a mental health charity supporting young people in Cheshire. 


On the 9th of February 2022 I tragically lost a  close friend of mine, Imogen Tothill. Immys death has impacted everyone within our community, she will never be forgotten. Immy's presence will always be with us, she brought joy to everyone's day, even when she was struggling. She will never be forgotten. 

So I've decided to run this 10k to raise awareness for young peoples mental health, as it often goes unnoticed and is the biggest killer in young people. I would encourage anyone to speak up if you're struggling as you're never alone.
