Fundraising for The Prince's Trust
Story

There are almost one million young people in the UK not in education, employment or training. The Prince's Trust focuses its efforts on those people who need our help the most. The Prince's Trust helps change young lives. The Trust supports 13 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. Many of the young people helped by The Trust are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or they have been in trouble with the law.
The Trust’s programmes give vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping develop self-esteem and skills for work. Three in four young people supported by The Prince’s Trust move into work, education or training. The Trust helped over 55,800 young people last year.
I am contributing in my own little way to encourage hope in young people and help Prince’s Trust in their endeavor to change young people’s lives. I have decided to take up the “Three Peak Challenge” to raise funds and will be climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis) England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) in 13 hours on 6th and 7th September. The funds that would be raised would make a difference to young people.
