Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Following on from the success of our coffee morning in September, Caroline had the great idea to arrange (and very kindly host!) a pot luck supper for some of the Cramond mums.
Georgie started school with Caroline's youngest, Ruaridh, this year and they live down the street from us. For those who don't know, Georgie has a very rare form of congenital muscular dystrophy. It is so rare there are only a handful of other children in the UK who have the same diagnosis, and maybe around 50-100 across the whole world. This means finding a treatment or even a cure for the disease is particularly challenging. The more awareness and funds we raise, the greater chance we have of helping Georgie and the other children like her.
The dishes the ladies who've signed up are bringing sound delicious so come hungry and ready for some great company. If you would like to make a small donation you can use this site or bring cash on the day.
