Having only previously run a 10k, I was inspired to take part in the London Marathon this year for the NSPCC. This is a charity very close to my heart and I am keen to help them in their bid to raise over 2.3 million.
I am finding the training hard work, but this is nothing in comparison to what suffering some children are experiencing every day. This is what keeps me focused and why sponsorship is so important. Let's all pull together to raise as much as possible, for such a fantastic cause!
