I am taking part in the Prudential Ride London event on 31st July 2016 to raise money for The J's Hospice. This event sees me cycle 100 miles from the Olympic park, across London, through Surrey (attempting Boxhill) and finishing at the Mall.

The J's Hospice Charity which is based in Chelmsford, improves the lives of young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions by providing care and support while giving the opportunity for them to live their lives to the fullest. 

I am aiming to raise £600 for this wonderful charity, so any donation will be hugely appreciated.
