Hi Friends,

I am cycling 75 km's from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on 5th October to raise money for the Prince's Trust which I think is a great charity here in the UK.

The Prince's Trust is youth charity which helps changes live - it supports people aged 13 to 30 years who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion from society. Many of the young people helped by the Trust are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or they have been in trouble with the law. You can read more here:

Youth unemployment is not only an issue in the UK but is a global one that is affecting my generation. I am extremely passionate about this cause, as I believe that the opportunities you are given in your youth pave the wave for your future. I am so fortunate to have been afforded the opportunities I have, so please, help me to do my bit for those who haven't been as fortunate.
