This is an event that is being organised by a friend of mine, Mike Buss. Mike is an endurance athlete who is breaking all sorts of fitness world records at the moment. Check out his page at www.mike-buss.com.

Mike has been trying to get me to help him with some of his running and other charity events, but let's face it I'm just too fat to commit; however, this is something I can really do to help raise money for a Charity.

But this is no laughing matter. There are many ex-servicemen and women who come out from the forces and don't know how to cope with life on Civvy street. 1 in 4 of Londons homeless are ex forces personnel.

I will be joining a group of others in the town of Highworth and sleeping rough for the night. I will have the luxury of a sleeping bag; truly homeless people don't ever get this. Full details of the event can be found here on my website
