Most people know I am a regular runner and that the Abbey Dash is one of my favorite runs (albeit it is also my nemesis course!).

I don't often run for charity but this year I am running to support the good work of Age UK - after all, we've all get to get old eventually!!  My elderly relatives have always had the support and love of family, but many elderly people don't have that luxury.  Age UK helps people at what can be their most vulnerable period in their lives.
