Hi everyone!

Well, it's that time of year again and for the 4th year running I'm competing in the awesome event that is the Blenheim Palace Triathlon.

Over the years I've supported a number of charities and this year I'll be raising awareness (and money!) for the Cystic Fibrosis trust. As those of you who know me well will know, I grew up in the middle east and during my time there in 1985 a schoolmate sadly died from CF at the age of 14. His name was Stuart Hill and I was lucky enough to bump into Stuart's older brother Martin last year. Martin also lives with CF and the challenges that the condition brings. Stuart and Martin's story really struck a chord with me and I couldn't think of a better cause to support for this years event. 

I have to say that training for an event like Blenheim doesn't get any easier, but it's really nothing compared to the challenges that sufferers of CF face on a daily basis, so please give generously to this extremely deserving and worth while cause. Thanks for your support!
