Off on another crazy exploit !!

I am joining a team from Cisco and several hundred other riders in a ride from John O'Groats to Land's End.  I, for my sins, am doing the two rainy sections from John O'Groats to Kyle of Sutherland and Kyle of Sutherland to Fort Willam (sounds extremely hilly doesnt it - and in total about 220 miles !!).

Anyway, this is all part of an activity which will hopefully raise £1m for the British paralympic team, who as I'm sure you know, get almost no funding and the money we raise will make a huge difference.
