On the 8th May I will be doing the Ultimate Abseil, I will be launching myself off the top of  Forth Rail Bridge for the Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland Charity.

This is a verticle drop of 165 feet and being terrified of heights this is a huge moment for me to overcome my fear.... (ok a bit dramatic but it is for a good cause).... :-)
