I've chosen to participate in a charity MMA Fight for Cancer Research as it's a charity I hold quite dear to my heart. I'll be training for the next 8 weeks, multiple times a week, all culminating in a glorious (or maybe not so glorious) fight night at the Normandy Hotel on the 20th of November this year.

Anything you can spare to donate to this excellent charity would be much appreciated and if you want to see me try my very best come fight night, tickets are available on the Glasgow Ultra MMA website from Friday 23rd September at 4pm.
