Well, done my second 11 mile run today and improved on last week, which is great! Two weeks to the big day!

Well, did another 7.5 mile run yesterday at 7:46 a mile pace - 11 miles on Saturday! Bit scared! :D

Ran 7.5 miles on Saturday - it was hard!! However managed to run it in an hour, which is better than expected! :D
