I have volunteered for the "Transaid Cycle Africa" event in March 2017, along with two work colleagues, Nigel Butler and Tony Owen.

For years I have attended corporate functions and been made aware of similar events and worthwhile causes and been impressed by the commitment and determination by participants and volunteers to make a personal contribution to these worthwhile causes instead of only providing a financial contribution.

This is a personally demanding challenge and I have committed to raising the funds required to make a difference to this very worthwhile cause.
