Story
Two years ago I embarked on my first sponsored walk for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham, Surrey. The Hospice has looked after friends and family who were terminally ill and gave them comfort and treatment before they sadly passed away.
A family friend for many years Kenny Dulake sadly passed away at the end of 2013 after a long and brave fight against cancer. Kenny met me on Brighton pier the first year after managing to get out and about after treatment.
To say a big Thankyou to Marion (Kenny's wife) and their family for meeting me after that gruelling walk I will also be raising money this year for a charity for Kenny. I will be leaving Frimley, Surrey in the early hours of the morning and hopefully get to Hailsham sometime that evening. The total distance if I don't get lost is 64 miles.
The journey will also be done wearing a Cyrstal Palace shirt!! To those that don't know I'm a Millwall fan that's why I may not be 'Glad all over!!!'
Please give what you can as every little helps
Thanks Pete (Millie) xx
