I'm going to be running the London Marathon on the 22nd April 2012 to raise much needed funds for a lesser known charity, Women's Aid.

Women's Aid is the national domestic violence charity that helps up to 250,000 women and children every year. 

They work to end violence against women and children, and support over 500 domestic and sexual violence services across the country.

The charity has a comparably small fundraising income and the monies you donate will make a huge difference to them, especially as the Government is reducing funding for a range of their essential services, including refuges.
