As my friends and I are at or approaching the age where Prostate Cancer is more common I feel that I am lucky to still be very active and have my health at the age of 54, but as some of you may know this can change very quickly. So with that in mind I would like to help to raise money to provide research and care into this condition.

I have run 5 London Marathons before and helped raise money for other causes so with your support I hoped to reach my target again.

Training going well at the moment, a lot of gym work as the snow is not great for running in and i'm trying to avoid a twist to the ankle or any other injuries.
