I was due to run the London Marathon in support of Martin House in 2020. Training was going really well and I had got my long runs in, then sadly COVID put an end to the event that year. 

My place was carried over to 2022 and it has been a tough few months getting back to the levels of fitness to even get to half a marathon.

I am delighted to be running again this year in support of Martin House. They offer amazing support to families and young people and we have seen first hand the level of care and support they offer at the open days they run. Please give generously to help support this fantastic charity. 

Martin House supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Our vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.
