Hi everyone,

This year I've been given the chance to run the 2013 London Marathon.  I've worked out that between November and April I will have clocked over 850 miles in training for this amazing challenge.

As I've been lucky enough to secure my place, I've decided to run for CancerWise which is a charity that offers support and information to anyone concerned about cancer. CancerWise also offers specialised counselling and group therapies.

I do not know anyone that hasn't known a friend or relative that has battled this terrible illness; therefore I'm dedicating my run to relatives, friends and colleagues that have passed away due to cancer. 

I really appreciate that everyone receives a lot of requests for sponsorship, however anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
