Having survived a fall of a couple of feet off of the stairs, I've been asked to do an Abseil. Originally this was going to be down the side of St Mary's hospital, the building that I was in when they saved my life. However I am now going to Abseil down the side of Charring Cross Hospital some 160 ft!!!
