Story

Sad to say, I badly bruised my foot after 70k but my daughter Becs did the last 10k for me on the clear understanding I jog 10k with her once I'm up and jogging again.

The Social Workers' Benevolent Trust, set up by the British Association of Social Workers, has for the past 50 years provided financial help to social workers who find themselves in financial difficulties, through health problems, relationship breakdown, unexpected circumstances and a number of other circumstances. All funds raised will assist trustees to continue this highly valued service and to be as generous in the assistance they offer to applicants as the budget will allow. Do please help to make this 50th year a special one for our fundraising efforts.
