Story
Well this started out as me trying to tick off one of my new years resolutions; to get a new haircut. Because as those of you who know me I dont think i have ever changed my hair cut in like 20 years. So in a moment of genius/stupidity I thought why not change my hair to something terrible like a mullet or a mohawk??? Then I thought why limit myself to one terrible haircut??? And so the idea snowballed to the point where a week of bad hair awaits me.
But why make a fool out of myself for free I thought, why not try and raise some money for a good cause while I'm at it??? And so I have decided to try and raise money to support Help for Heroes who raise money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country.
So if you can donate a bit of money, even if its loose change then it will be a great help to a good cause and to quote Toy Story I will be 'eternally grateful' for your generosity.
The thinking being if I can bring a smile or even a laugh to your faces and raise a bit of money to help and bring a smile to those fighting for our country at the same time then I will have done a little bit to make the world a better more banterful place.
Pictures of the haircuts and Dates will follow soon!!! So Get Giving!!! Peace Out

A little bit more on the charity:
Help for Heroes was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The message of the charity is simple: We are strictly non political and non critical; we simply want to help. We believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better.
