My Family and I are taking part in the Rutland Water Charity Walk to raise some money for the Crohns and Colitis Charity.

This charity is very close to my heart as in 2012 I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, a form of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I got very ill and spent 11 nights in hospital, but thankfully I responded well to my medication eventually and I am now very healthy, and although I will be on daily medication for the rest of my life, I was a lucky one.

However, there are many young boys and girls who are diagnosed with this and are not so lucky, and to the point where they may lose their bowel and have a colostomy bag attached. It upsets me deeply to think so many healthy people suddenly start suffer with such a horrible illness and that is why I want to support this charity and help them find some kind of solution to this disease.

I dont expect huge donations, every little helps, and I would be very eternally grateful.
