This year at the age of 70yrs, because of limited travel I am taking on my very own '100 challenge' of 100 rope skips every day for 100 consecutive days in aid of Enham Trust's 100th birthday! For the last century Enham Trust have been supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life.
