This is my fourth BHF bike ride having done the London to Brighton event three times. This included cycling non-stop up the infamous Ditchling Beacon - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ditchling_Beacon - of which I'm very proud.

Hopefully there are not too many big ascents on this ride, time to check out the route....
