I will be taking part in a series of Triathlons this year.

I have decided to add one last competition the ETU Sprint distance triathlon championships qualifier on the 13th of September where I am aiming to qualify for Team GB.

So far I have completed:

The London Triathlon on the 3rd of August where I came 10th in my age group out of 545 competitors! With a total time of 2 hours 12 mins in the Olympic distance!
26:36 swim (1.5k) 59:42 bike (40k) and 41:16 run (10k)

The Lincoln Sprint Tri on April the 27th
completed in 1h:12min - rank 63 out of 500

Lincoln Grand Prix - 55 mile bike race on May the 10th
The Southwell Sprint Tri on May the 18th
The Rother Valley Olympic Tri on June the 15th
The Wodhall Spa Sprint Tri on Sunday the 29th of June

I am raising money for Beagle Welfare, a charity who helps re-homing Beagles.
On the 30th of August Oscar came to us from Beagle Welfare, when he was 7 years old. Unfortunately he only lived with us for 4 month before we had to let him go over the rainbow bridge.
Beagle Welfare always make sure they always find the right family for each Beagle and the right Beagle to fit in with it's new family!
They are in different locations all over the UK and deserve all the support they can get.
