Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, and thank you to everyone who has helped me raise so much money for great causes!

My brother Ben and I have been raising money for the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK, and set ourselves the target of reaching £1,000. With your support, we've been able to raise over £1,500!

We cycled from London to Brighton on Sunday 16 June – a total of 60 miles – which we had tried to do in under 4 hours. We’re middle-aged and middling-weight guys who generally cycle for 5 minutes to work. And back. So this was a big deal. Infact it took us 5 hours but it was basically due to the VAST number of cyclists and the ensuing bicycle gridlock. Honest!

We cycled in memory of our Dad, Jay, who died with prostate cancer nearly two years ago, and in memory of the thousands of people living today with heart disease and cancer, old and young, men and women, to help improve lives and find cures.

So thank you if you've helped us so far. And thank you if you can help us raise a little more for these great charities.
