Thank you for visiting this fundraising page for my Flora London Marathon run on Sunday 23 April 2006. It's my first time but with just a few weeks to go the training is going well and so is the fundraising as I have support roughly equal to that which is raised on this web page.

If you have got here then you know that my chosen charity is St John Ambulance and the idea is that this web page makes donating a lot easier than running 26.2 miles before lunch !

I am told this is the most efficient way to sponsor me [but send me a cheque to home payable to 'St John Ambulance' if this is easier for you] as St John Ambulance will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
