Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  

As some of you already know I've become something of a physical wreck of late, for mostly reasons medical but also partly due to pies, and I struggle to walk up the stairs at the moment never mind run anywhere.  But I've decided to give myself a goal whilst doing something positive for others and so have registered for the Cardiff 10k in September and I think its well worthy of a donation.  I've decided to raise money for Epilepsy Research UK as I have epileptics in the family and have an epileptic partner so naturally it's an affliction i'm all too familiar with.  I'd really like to raise some money for the only national charity in the UK that is exclusively dedicated to funding independent research into this awful condition.  

So please donate what you can.
