Hi Guys and Girls,

A little short notice I know but I have been asked to fill a friends place in the Coast to Coast bike ride this weekend (1st May) in Devon. We are raising money for Marie Curie Cancer who provide nursing care for cancer patients and those with other terminal illnesses (like Heartburn.... joke) so if you can spare a few quid its going to a worthwhile cause :-)

The ride itself is 100 miles from Ilfracome to Plymouth over two days so anyone who wants to rub vaseline into my bum cheeks on monday let me know.

I haven't actually done any training for this but I'm riding with a load of old guys from Panasonic so cant say I'm worried yet ;-D (Well I might take that comment back on Monday)
