One drunken night Gemma my dear girlfriend decided that i should run Cardiff's half marathon on the 17th of October for a good cause and went about telling everyone who would listen that i would be taking part. 

 As i will be running this year i've decided to run for Clic Sargent who care for young people and children with cancer.
