Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm taking part in the London Sprint Duathlon on the 14th September 2014.  

A 'sprint' duathlon involves running 10k, followed by a 22k bike ride, followed by another 5k run.

I'm proudly taking part for the NSPCC, raising money for children across the UK who have in their short lives been through more than most of us could ever imagine.

I know that my efforts and, most importantly, your support will help the NSPCC prevent more children suffering needlessly. Please give whatever you can and come along and support me on the day!
