A few weeks ago one of my very good friends and cycling companions , John McNally ,  had his life cut cruelly short by cancer . He was just 50 .Seeing the care he was given in the Cancer Centre , and the way in which all staff treated both him and his family , I want to try and repay that in my own way by raising some funds to enable them to continue supporting others in such a caring way.

I am paying all my own expenses on this trip so every penny donated will go to this very worthy charity . Thank you in advance for your support.
