Last year my wife Chris died of cancer. Throughout her illness Chris received excellent support from Beechwood who run courses, provide counselling, sponsor activities and offer a range of services for Cancer sufferers and their families. She found their support invaluable in sustaining morale and keeping her spirits high right to the end. Chris is unfortunately no longer with us, but Beechwood continue to provide support to sufferers. Like many organisations they rely on fund raising events and sponsorship in order to continue their important work.
