Kinergy do very important work right here in Bristol, supporting victims of sexual abuse and assault. To support them there is a 24 hour long event being run by Bristol's Artemis BJJ team. For those of you that don't know (or can't remember from last year) this is a grappling-only martial art (so no hitting - think wrestling with more rolling on the ground and less spandex and baby oil). This may not get everyone's interests, but the work Kinergy do should appeal to absolutely everyone and I really hope this is a good reason for you to donate, no matter how little.
